Can I place an order on call?

Can I edit my order after placing it? How?
You cannot modify orders once placed. However, you can reach out to us at email@example.com for any further clarification.
I received the wrong/damaged food, what should I do?
We request you to reach out to us immediately at +91-9625776876. Please keep ready a photo of food.
How will my order be delivered?
Order delivery is the responsibility of the restaurant, we merely provide a platform to accept orders for restaurants. You can call the restaurant directly in case your delivery is delayed.
Can I change the ‘type of order’ after placing the order?
We advise you to place the order correctly, however you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your type of order. Please note that we can only try and can not guarantee any change.
How can I pay for my orders?
We are accepting all major modes of payments currently. You can pay using UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets (PayTM & Freecharge).
Are FoodViraam’s services free?
No, we levy a service charge on every order placed on our platform. However, in special scenarios/events, we might waive off it completely or partially.
What precautions do you follow during corona time?
We are following SOP as suggested by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. We are working towards adding more layers of safety and hygiene to your food. More details can be found here.
How should I place an order?
You can download the ‘FoodViraam’ app from play store and log in using your social profile. Select a restaurant with a maximum rating, choose your meal, and place an order using online payment.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
We send an ‘order confirmation’ notification on the app when the restaurant confirms your order. The same can also be seen under the order status tab. If your order is not confirmed within 15 minutes, do reach out to us at +91-9625776876
Can I cancel an order after it has been confirmed?
Sorry, we don’t entertain order cancellation as of now. However, you can reach out to us at email@example.com for any further clarification.
Is there any return policy?
We entertain returns only in case of faulty or wrong items

Who rates restaurant?
Ratings are provided by customers like you. Upon every successful transaction, we request the user to rate the services of the washroom and food keeping hygiene in mind. This helps us in curtains better restaurants for you.
